# 591 Rent Listing API Documentation

591 Rent Listing API returns one rental. It adds to the search fields: deposit, a fee block (management, parking, water, electric, move-in cost), lease terms, rules for pets and cooking, legal use, building area, building age, map position (lat, lng), the facility list with an active flag, highlights, the description, nearby transit, daily life and schools with distance in metres, posting time and the cover photo. Phone numbers, LINE ids and e-mail addresses in the description are removed. The gallery is in the search item. A listing that no longer exists answers 404 and is not billed. Unofficial: Scrappa is not affiliated with 591. Chinese text stays as 591 returns it; numeric fields are parsed next to it, and a value 591 does not give is null, never 0. Failed requests are not billable.
