# 99acres City Listings API Documentation

<p><strong>99acres City Listings API</strong> returns the property cards of a 99acres city landing page (<code>/{City}-Real-Estate.htm</code>) as JSON. The page is a recommendation carousel, not a paged search, so there is no page parameter. Each card carries the listing id, a built heading, project, price as a major-unit INR number, price per square foot, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, locality, city, coordinates, an absolute image and web URL, and the verified flag.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.
