# Adondevivir Property Search API Documentation Search property listings in Peru for sale, rent, transfer or temporary stay. Filter by location, property type, price with currency, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, covered area and keyword, sort by price, date, visits or price drop and page through the results. Each listing has the price in soles and dollars when shown, the maintenance fee, bedrooms, bathrooms, areas, address, coordinates, photos, status and the publisher. A page holds up to 30 listings. Every returned listing satisfies the filters you set: the answer is checked against the filters the site applied, and a search the site did not apply fully is an error, never an unfiltered list. Development projects have no bedroom, bathroom or area values, so they are removed when one of those filters is set, and total still counts them. The price filter works on a converted amount. Needs currency. | | `currency` | string | No | USD or PEN. Required when a price is set.
