# Apartments.com Property Placards

Returns 38 fields per card: address, price band, amenities, availability, rating, photos, and the property manager identity. listingType 16 marks a townhome, which is how you filter townhomes client side.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters
