# Apple Maps Place API Documentation

<p><strong>Apple Maps Place API Documentation</strong> Get the full details of one Apple Maps place by its muid (the id of a search result), its place_id or its auid. The answer has name, categories, full and structured address, coordinates, time zone, phone numbers, website, weekly opening hours as HH:MM times, Apple and Yelp ratings as separate entries with their own scale, price level, photos with source, amenities, order links, guides, the containing place and up to 3 review snippets. A field Apple does not publish for the place is left out. Cost: 1 credit per request. An unknown place and every error cost nothing.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `muid` | string | No | The 19 or 20 digit id of an Apple Maps place, e.g. 11249742488957856201. Send one of muid, place_id or auid. |
| `place_id` | string | No | Apple place id, e.g. I9C1F1D30A4F3A9C9. It starts with I followed by 16 capital hex characters. |
| `auid` | string | No | The number from an Apple Maps place link (auid). |
| `locale` | string | No | Language and country of the answer. One of en-US, en-GB, de-DE, fr-FR, es-ES, it-IT, ja-JP. Default: en-US. |
