# Aqar Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>Aqar Listing API</strong> returns one ad as JSON. Send the numeric <code>id</code> from a search item, or the sa.aqar.fm ad URL. The record has the title, price in SAR, rent period, area and deed area, rooms, street width, building age, address with the national address, location, all photos at three widths, videos, the description in Arabic and English, the licence data (advertisement licence, deed number, source and valid-until date), the advertiser, views, likes, favourites and the publish and update dates in ISO 8601.</p><p>A value Aqar leaves empty is <code>null</code>, never a made-up zero. An ad that is gone returns a 404 error. Phone numbers are never returned. Failed requests are not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors
