# Autohero Car Detail API Documentation

Retrieve a single Autohero used car by its id from the search results: brand, model, variant, status, country, price and original price, mileage, first registration date, build year, fuel type and gearbox (German labels), power, engine size, CO2, body type, doors, seats, color, upholstery, drive train, emission standard, previous owners, accident flag, equipment by category, documented damages with photos, image urls, highlights and the branch location. An unknown or removed car id returns a not found error that is not billed.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream request is made. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Car Not Found | The car id does not exist or the car was removed. This response is not billable. |
| 502 | Invalid Source Response | Autohero answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
