# AutoScout24 Search API Documentation

Search current vehicle listings across nine European markets with validated make, model, price, mileage, registration, power, fuel, gearbox, body, equipment, seller and location filters, plus sorting and pagination. A valid empty result is a successful response.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `market` | string | No | Marketplace: de, at, be, it, fr, nl, es, com or pl. Defaults to de. |
| `make_id` | string | No | Numeric make id from the taxonomy endpoint. |
| `model_id` | string | No | Numeric model id from the taxonomy endpoint. Requires make_id. |
| `price_min` | integer | No | Optional non-negative minimum price. |
| `price_max` | integer | No | Optional non-negative maximum price. |
| `mileage_min` | integer | No | Optional non-negative minimum mileage in km. |
| `mileage_max` | integer | No | Optional non-negative maximum mileage in km. |
| `registration_year_min` | integer | No | Optional minimum first-registration year. |
| `registration_year_max` | integer | No | Optional maximum first-registration year. |
| `power_min` | integer | No | Optional minimum power in power_unit. |
| `power_max` | integer | No | Optional maximum power in power_unit. |
| `power_unit` | string | No | kw or ps. Defaults to kw. |
| `fuel` | array | No | Repeatable fuel code (2, 3, B, C, D, E, H, L, M, O). |
| `transmission` | array | No | Repeatable gearbox code: A, M or S. |
| `body_type` | array | No | Repeatable body-type id from the taxonomy endpoint. |
| `equipment` | array | No | Repeatable equipment id from the taxonomy endpoint. |
| `seller_type` | string | No | dealer or private. |
| `offer` | string | No | new, used or annual. |
| `usage_state` | array | No | Repeatable N (new) or U (used). |
| `zip` | string | No | Optional postal code for the location filter. |
| `radius` | integer | No | Optional radius in km around zip. |
| `sort` | string | No | standard, price, age, mileage, year, power, make, distance, financerate or leasing_rate. Defaults to standard. |
| `order` | string | No | asc or desc. Defaults to asc. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number. Defaults to 1. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Listings per page, 1 to 20. Defaults to 20. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter or range is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 502 | Invalid Source Response | AutoScout24 returned an unexpected response shape. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The listing source was blocked, unavailable or timed out. This response is not billable. |
