# Boliga For Sale Search API Documentation

<p><strong>Boliga For Sale Search API Documentation</strong> Search homes for sale in Denmark on Boliga: for each listing the id, public Boliga url, address, zip code, city, municipality, coordinates, property type code, asking price in DKK, price per square metre, rooms, living size, lot size, build year, energy class, days on the market, creation date (ISO 8601, UTC), views and a photo. Filter by property type, municipality, zip codes, price, size, rooms and build year, sort by price, and page with page and page_size. Fields Boliga does not know are omitted. A valid search with no matches is a successful response with an empty results list.</p>

## Parameters

| `property_type` | string | No | Boliga property type code: 1 villa, 2 townhouse, 3 apartment, 4 holiday home, 5 co-operative home. A comma separated list such as 1,3 is allowed. Example: 1. |
| `municipality` | integer | No | Danish municipality code, e.g. 101 for Copenhagen. Example: 101. |
| `zip_codes` | string | No | One or more 4-digit Danish zip codes separated by commas. Example: 8600. |
| `price_min` | integer | No | Minimum asking price in DKK. |
| `price_max` | integer | No | Maximum asking price in DKK. |
| `size_min` | integer | No | Minimum living size in square metres. |
| `size_max` | integer | No | Maximum living size in square metres. |
| `rooms_min` | integer | No | Minimum number of rooms. |
| `rooms_max` | integer | No | Maximum number of rooms. |
| `build_year_min` | integer | No | Earliest build year, e.g. 2000. |
| `build_year_max` | integer | No | Latest build year, e.g. 1900. |
| `sort` | string | No | Sort order: price-a (price ascending) or price-d (price descending). Boliga default order when omitted. |
