# Boligsiden Agencies API Documentation

<p><strong>Boligsiden Agencies API Documentation</strong> List the real estate agencies that sell in a city or municipality, sorted by rating, number sold, sale time, price change or price per square metre. Rows are slim (id, name, contact, rating, active listings); open the agency endpoint for the full profile. The result list is cached for six hours and paged by Scrappa.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `location_name` | string | Yes | City or municipality name as shown by the locations endpoint. Example: Aarhus C. |
| `location_type` | string | No | city (default) or municipality. |
| `address_type` | string | No | Only count agencies active in this address type, for example villa. |
| `sort_by` | string | No | rating, amount_sold, sale_time, price_change or price_per_area. |
| `sort_ascending` | boolean | No | true or false. Defaults to false. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, starting at 1. Page times page size must not exceed 10000. Defaults to 1. |
| `per_page` | integer | No | Rows per page, 1 to 100. Defaults to 20. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream request is made. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Boligsiden could not be reached, blocked or rate limited every attempt, or answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. Retry shortly. This response is not billable. |
