# Booli Area Statistics API

<p>Fetch price statistics for one area from `GET /api/booli/area-statistics`: mean sold price, sold price per square metre and current supply, each for the last year and the last month. Prices are null for property types without enough sales. An unknown area returns 404.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `area_id` | string | Yes | Booli area id, for example 1 for Stockholm kommun |
| `object_type` | string | No | Lägenhet (default), Villa, Kedjehus-Parhus-Radhus or Fritidshus |
