# Booli Sold Properties API

<p>Fetch the recorded sales of one home from `GET /api/booli/sold-properties`: sold price, first price, list price, sold date and price per square metre for each sale. Send `residence_id` for every sale of the home or `booli_id` for one sale. A home without a recorded sale returns 404 and is not charged.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `booli_id` | string | No | Id of one sale, for example 6311859. Send this or residence_id |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |

|  | The id, area or home does not exist. This response is not billable. |  |
|  | A parameter or filter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |  |
|  | Booli is temporarily unavailable. Retry the request. This response is not billable. |  |
