# Capterra Product Detail

Returns one software product profile: overall rating, review count, sub-ratings, sentiment split, rating distribution, starting price, free trial and free version flags, vendor, deployment, support, languages, countries, alternatives with their own ratings, and five highlighted reviews. The id is the number in Capterra product URLs. Failed requests are never charged.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | integer | Yes | Numeric Capterra product id, for example 135003 for Slack. |
| `slug` | string | No | URL slug of the item, for example slack. Optional. Send it when you have it, it makes the lookup more reliable. |
