# Capterra Product Reviews

Returns reviews for one product: 25 per page (page 1 holds 5 highlighted reviews). Each review has title, text, pros, cons, overall rating, five sub-ratings, date and reviewer details. Filter by country, company size, length of use and minimum rating. A page past the last page returns an empty list. Failed requests are never charged.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | integer | Yes | Numeric Capterra product id. |
| `slug` | string | No | URL slug of the item, for example slack. Optional. Send it when you have it, it makes the lookup more reliable. |
| `page` | integer | No | 1-based page number. Defaults to 1. |
| `sort` | string | No | most_helpful (default) or most_recent. |
| `countries` | array | No | Reviewer country codes (two letters, lower case, for example us). Repeat the parameter or separate values with commas. |
| `company_size` | array | No | Company size codes: A self employed, B 2-10, C 11-50, D 51-200, E 201-500, F 501-1,000, G 1,001-5,000, H 5,001-10,000, I 10,000+. Repeat the parameter or separate values with commas. |
| `time_used` | array | No | Length of use: FreeTrial, LessThan6Months, LessThan12Months, LessThan2Years or MoreThan2Years. Repeat the parameter or separate values with commas. |
| `overall_rating_ge` | integer | No | Only reviews with this overall rating or higher, 1 to 5. |
