# Cars24 Filters

Return the live filter widgets of a city with the number of cars behind every option: budget, make and model, seller type, year, odometer, fuel, body type, transmission, colour, features, seats, owners, RTO, hubs and more. Each option carries the key and value that you send to the search endpoint. The widget list is read live and is never hard-coded, so new filters appear without a release. Pass active filters (make, fuel and the others from the search endpoint) to get counts for that selection. Use view=presets for the curated chips of a city: popular cars, brands, fuel types, body types and budgets with ready-made filters.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `city_id` | integer | No | City id from the cities endpoint. |
| `view` | string | No | facets (default) or presets. |
| `make` | string | No | Active make filter, same values as the search endpoint (facets view). |
| `fuel` | string | No | Active fuel filter, same values as the search endpoint (facets view). |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |

|  | A parameter is invalid. This response is not billable. |  |
|  | The upstream refused the request, is unavailable, changed its answer shape or did not honour a filter, the sort or the cursor (error.code PARSER_DRIFT, UPSTREAM_FILTER_MISMATCH, UPSTREAM_BLOCKED or UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE). No data is returned. This response is not billable. |  |
