# Cars24 Suggestions

Return up to 20 search suggestions for a text, for example a make, a model, a colour or a body type. Each suggestion carries ready-made filter strings in the same grammar as the search endpoint, a score and the page URL.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

| `q` | string | Yes | Search text, at least 2 characters, for example swift. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
|  | A parameter is invalid. This response is not billable. |  |
|  | The upstream refused the request, is unavailable, changed its answer shape or did not honour a filter, the sort or the cursor (error.code PARSER_DRIFT, UPSTREAM_FILTER_MISMATCH, UPSTREAM_BLOCKED or UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE). No data is returned. This response is not billable. |  |
