# Casa Sapo Listing Detail API

<p>Retrieve one Casa Sapo listing by its id: title, transaction, typology, bedrooms, bathrooms, price, price drop, useful and gross area, year built, licence, reference, energy certificate, floor, views, the publication label (and the date when Casa Sapo shows one), location with coordinates, the full description, all photos, the open list of details and features, room areas and the advertiser (agency name, licence, company, address, schedule, website and profile url, or only the type `private`). Telephone numbers and private seller names are never returned. Removed or unknown ids answer 404 and are not billed. Casa Sapo publishes the content signal ai-train=no: do not use this data to train AI models.</p>
