# Centaline Listing API

<p>Get one property of Centaline Property by its reference. With `details=full` (default) the answer holds every search field plus all images with sequence and description, floor plans, VR tours, street views, spheres, videos, view and topic tags, estate facilities, estate data (developer, buildings, units, pet policy, school net, asking prices), the estate price comparison, recent sale and rent transactions of the estate, nearby estates, mortgage assumptions and the listing agents with licence, branch and rating. With `details=core` the answer holds the search fields only and is faster. Centaline does not publish a bathroom count or fee amounts: the record has the en-suite room count and the flags `management_included`, `government_rates_included` and `government_rent_included`. Agent phone numbers, e-mail, WhatsApp and WeChat data are not returned. An unknown or delisted reference returns HTTP 404 and is not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters
