# Centris Broker Directory

Returns up to 20 brokers per page from the public directory, filtered by broker name or agency name. Each broker has an id, a profile code, title, public phone numbers, photo and agency. The origin reports no total, so next_page is set when a full page came back. Use the code with the broker route.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `name` | string | No | Broker name to search for, 2 to 80 characters. |
| `agency` | string | No | Agency name to search for, 2 to 80 characters. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, starting at 1. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing number or broker code does not exist. This response is not billable and not retryable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is invalid, for example a page above 250, an unknown property type or a location_id without its location_type. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The data could not be loaded right now. Retry the request. This response is not billable. |
