# Centris Listing Details

Returns the full record of one listing: price, address, geo position, rooms, areas, year built, parking, features, description, municipal assessment, municipal and school taxes, condo fees, walk score, area demographics, photos in three sizes and the listing brokers. Rental listings carry no financial block, so financial is null. description, features and the other optional fields are null when the page does not show them. Text values are in French. mls is the Centris number from a search result.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing number or broker code does not exist. This response is not billable and not retryable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is invalid, for example a page above 250, an unknown property type or a location_id without its location_type. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The data could not be loaded right now. Retry the request. This response is not billable. |
