# CHINTAI Agency Profile API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/chintai/agency` returns the public profile of one CHINTAI real estate shop by its `id` from a listing or search.

## What you get

`name`, `license` (licence number), `phone`, `fax`, `address`, `nearest_stations`, `business_hours`, `closed_days`, `memberships`, `recommendation_title`, `description`, `features`, `listing_count` (rooms the shop lists), `latitude`, `longitude` and `images`.

## Notes

Business phone numbers are the public numbers of the shop. Japanese text stays as CHINTAI writes it. A value CHINTAI does not state is `null`; some shops show no map, so their coordinates are `null`. Use `/api/chintai/agency-listings` for the rooms of the shop. An unknown id returns `404`, which is never billed.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | No CHINTAI agency has that id. (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected before any lookup, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | CHINTAI could not be reached after one retry, answered with an error or changed its format (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
