# CHINTAI Agency Listings API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/chintai/agency-listings` returns the rental rooms that one CHINTAI real estate shop lists, with sort and paging.

## What you get

The same room objects as the search endpoint. Every room carries the id of that shop in `agency.id`. `pagination.total` is the number of rooms the shop lists.

## Sorting and pagination

`sort` is `rent_asc` (default), `rent_desc` or `area_desc`. Rooms stay grouped by building. `page` starts at 1 and a page holds about 20 buildings with their rooms. A page past the last one returns an empty list and the page you asked for. `total` and `total_pages` are then `null` when CHINTAI states no count on that page. It never returns page 1 data under another page number. An unknown agency id returns `404`.

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | No CHINTAI agency has that id. (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected before any lookup, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | CHINTAI could not be reached after one retry, answered with an error or changed its format (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
