# CHINTAI Listing Details API Documentation Scrappa's `GET /api/chintai/listing` returns the full record of one CHINTAI rental room by its `id` (the listing key) from search. ## What you get `title`, `building_name`, `description`, `management_code`, the rent block (`rent_yen`, `management_fee_yen`, `total_monthly_yen`, `deposit_text` and `deposit_yen`, `guarantee_deposit_text`, `key_money_text` and `key_money_yen`, `amortization_text`, `renewal_fee_text`), `contract_period`, `move_in`, `transaction_type`, `layout`, `layout_detail` with `rooms` (name and tatami mats), `area_m2`, `direction`, `building_type`, `structure`, `built_year`, `age_years`, `floor_number`, `floors_above_ground`, `floors_below_ground`, `address`, `latitude`, `longitude`, `access`, `features` in groups (storage, kitchen and bath, security, communication and more), `details` (conditions, guarantor rules, remarks), all `images`, `building_rooms` (the other rooms the same building lists), `agency` (`id`, `name`, `license`, `phone`, `address`, `business_hours`, `features`), `info_updated_at` and `ad_renewal_due_at`. ## Notes Japanese text stays as CHINTAI writes it. Numbers are added next to it. A value CHINTAI does not state is `null`, never 0; `なし` (none) is 0. Coordinates come from the detail page and can differ by a few metres from the search result. Some detached houses have no coordinates on the detail page, then `latitude` and `longitude` are `null`. It may have been taken down. (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. | | 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected before any lookup, never ignored. Non-billable. | | 503 | Upstream Unavailable | CHINTAI could not be reached after one retry, answered with an error or changed its format (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed.
