# Condos.ca Agents API Documentation

<p><strong>Condos.ca Agents API</strong> finds real estate agents by name. Items carry the name, title, profile photo and profile url. Pass the <code>url</code> of an item to the agent route for the full profile. Email addresses and phone numbers are never returned. Failed requests are not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `query` | string | Yes | Required. Agent name, 1 to 100 characters. Example: smith. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Agents per page, 1 to 50. Default 10. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number. Default 1. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Condos.ca could not be reached. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
