# Crexi Lease Spaces API Documentation

Returns the spaces offered in one lease property: suite id, name, rate as displayed, rentable square feet, subtype, listing type and description when Crexi shows them. Masked values are omitted. A valid property with no spaces returns total 0 and an empty spaces array, which is a billable success. An unknown id answers a 404 with error.code NOT_FOUND, which is not billable.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | No active Crexi record exists for the id (unknown, inactive, or not an auction for the auction endpoint). Not billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is invalid, including a page window beyond what Crexi serves or a filter combination Crexi rejects. Not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The service could not obtain a complete result from Crexi. Not billable. |
