# DDproperty Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>DDproperty Listing API</strong> returns the record of one listing in the same shape as a search item, with all photos, floor plans, site plans and videos. Send the listing <code>url</code> from a search result, or a listing <code>id</code> with <code>listing_type</code>. The record carries what the site shows on the result cards: no map coordinates, description text or fee notes. A listing that is no longer on the site answers not found. Not found and other failures are not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | string | No | Listing id from a search result. Needs listing_type. |
| `listing_type` | string | No | sale or rent. Needed with id. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | Neither url nor id was sent, the id has the wrong shape, or the url is not a DDproperty listing link. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing is not on the site any more, or the listing type does not match. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | DDproperty could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
