# derStandard Immobilien Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/derstandard-immobilien/listing` returns the full record of one derStandard Immobilien listing.

## What you get

Everything from search plus `description_html` and `description_text`, `basics` (type, subtype, purpose), `condition` (building type, year built, last renovation, status), `energy` (HWB, fGEE and GEE with class and value, fuel and heating types), `total_vat`, `osm_ids`, `breadcrumb` (country, state, district), `vicinity_scores` (0 to 1 for green space, kindergarten, school, shopping and traffic), PDF `files`, `updated_at`, `expired` and `additional_properties`.

## Contact data

Private contact data is never returned: no e-mail, no phone and no import identifiers. `contact_person` holds salutation, name and photo only, and is null for private ads. The agency block stays in `company`.

## Coordinates

`coordinates` is null for almost every listing and is returned only when the source has it. Prices and sizes that are "on request" are null, never 0.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on derStandard Immobilien (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | derStandard Immobilien could not be reached or answered with an error (`upstream_unavailable`). When no outbound connection is available nothing is sent and `meta.attempts` is 0. Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
