# Dot Property Agents API Documentation

<p><strong>Dot Property Agents API</strong> returns the agent and agency directory as JSON: id, name, type, logo and the number of available listings. Use the id with the Agent route for the profile and with the Search route (agent_id) for the listings. A page can hold fewer rows than <code>per_page</code>, and an empty page past the end is a successful response.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | The page or per_page value is out of range. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Dot Property could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
