# Dubizzle Property Search API Documentation

Search Dubizzle UAE property listings for sale or rent, residential or commercial, by text, emirate, category, price, bedrooms and size, with five sort orders and pagination. Each result carries the price in AED, category, bedrooms, bathrooms, size in square feet, location, building, agency and agent name, images and the listing url. Phone numbers and emails are never returned. A valid empty result is a successful, billable response.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `purpose` | string | No | sale or rent. Defaults to sale. |
| `segment` | string | No | residential or commercial. Defaults to residential. |
| `query` | string | No | Free-text search, e.g. marina. |
| `emirate` | string | No | Emirate filter: dubai, abu-dhabi, sharjah, ajman, al-ain, ras-al-khaimah, umm-al-quwain or fujairah. Omit for all of the UAE. |
| `category` | string | No | Category slug path starting with property-for-sale or property-for-rent, e.g. property-for-sale/residential/apartment. |
| `price_min` | integer | No | Optional minimum price in AED. |
| `price_max` | integer | No | Optional maximum price in AED. |
| `bedrooms_min` | integer | No | Optional minimum bedrooms, 0 to 20. 0 includes studios. |
| `bedrooms_max` | integer | No | Optional maximum bedrooms, 0 to 20. |
| `size_min` | integer | No | Optional minimum size in square feet. |
| `size_max` | integer | No | Optional maximum size in square feet. |
| `furnished` | boolean | No | true to return furnished properties only. |
| `sort` | string | No | newest, oldest, price_asc, price_desc or verified_first. Defaults to newest. |
| `page` | integer | No | Zero-based page number. Only the first 10000 results are reachable. Defaults to 0. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Listings per page, 1 to 100. Defaults to 35. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter or range is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Dubizzle is temporarily unavailable or returned an unexpected response. Retry later. This response is not billable. |
