# EdgeProp Property Search API Documentation Search EdgeProp property listings in Singapore for sale or rent. Choose a category (condo, hdb, landed or commercial) and filter by price in SGD, minimum bedrooms, bathrooms and floor area in square feet. Each item carries the price, price per square foot, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor and land area, tenure, completion year, street, postal code, district, planning region, photos, thumbnails, photo, video and floor plan counts, EdgeProp insights, update time and the listing agent with CEA registration number and agency. Every item is checked against your filters, so a result never breaks them; search_metadata.filtered_out_count says how many items Scrappa removed. The response holds the first page of up to 20 listings with the total number of matches. Further pages, listing detail, agent profiles, location autocomplete, sorting, coordinates, descriptions and fees are not available. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key. ## Parameters | Parameter | Type | Required | Description | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `listing_type` | string | Yes | sale or rent. | | `category` | string | No | condo, hdb, landed or commercial. Defaults to condo. | | `min_price` | integer | No | Minimum price in SGD (monthly rent or sale price). | | `max_price` | integer | No | Maximum price in SGD. | | `bedrooms` | integer | No | Minimum number of bedrooms. Not available for commercial. | | `bathrooms` | integer | No | Exact number of bathrooms, 1 to 20. Not available for commercial. | | `min_area` | integer | No | Minimum floor area in square feet. | | `max_area` | integer | No | Maximum floor area in square feet. | | `page` | integer | No | Only 1 is accepted. This includes any page other than 1, any sort parameter and bedroom or bathroom filters on commercial listings. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. | | 503 | Upstream Unavailable | EdgeProp could not be reached after retries, blocked the request or answered with a page Scrappa could not read (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed.
