# Emlakjet Agency List API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/emlakjet/agencies` lists the real estate offices of a Turkish city or district.

## What you get

Each office has `id`, `name`, `url`, `logo`, `membership_years`, `membership_label`, `location`, `active_listings`, `average_marketing_days`, `average_sale_price` and `transactions_last_3_months`. A figure the office does not show is `null`. Use the `id` with `/api/emlakjet/agency` for the full profile.

## Pagination

20 offices per page. `pagination.has_more` tells if another page exists. A page past the last one returns an empty list and the real `page`.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Emlakjet has no office list for that location. (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected before any lookup, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Emlakjet could not be reached after one retry, answered with an error or changed its format (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
