# Emlakjet Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/emlakjet/listing` returns the full record of one Emlakjet listing by its `id` from search.

## What you get

`title`, `description` (plain text) and `description_html`, `listing_type`, `price` with `previous_value`, `first_price`, `difference_rate`, `trend` and Emlakjet's `valuation` range, `area`, `rooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor`, `building_floors`, `building_age`, `heating`, `fees` (monthly fee and loan price), `location` with `latitude`, `longitude`, city, district and neighbourhood, the complete `info` list, `features` in groups, all `images`, `video_url`, `virtual_tour_url`, `breadcrumb`, `agency`, `agent`, the office `licence` and `nearby_listings`.

## Privacy

Phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers and every other contact field are never returned.

## Notes

Images are resolved to one fixed width. A field Emlakjet does not state is `null`. Land and commercial listings have no bathrooms or fees. An id that is not published returns `404`, which is never billed.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | No published Emlakjet listing has that id. (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected before any lookup, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Emlakjet could not be reached after one retry, answered with an error or changed its format (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
