# Etuovi Agency API Documentation

<p><strong>Etuovi Agency API</strong> returns an agency profile with name, description, logo, website, address, coordinates and listing counts by property type, plus one page of its listings. Get the <code>id</code> from the agencies route or from the <code>office</code> block of a listing. The listings are a second lookup for the same credit; send <code>include_listings=false</code> to skip it. Choose <code>listing_type</code> sale (default) or rent and a <code>property_type</code> (rent: residential only). A page past the last page is empty with <code>has_next</code> false. Phone numbers are never returned.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | integer | Yes | Agency id from a listing or from agency search. Example: 2893. |
| `include_listings` | boolean | No | true (default) or false. |
| `listing_type` | string | No | sale (default) or rent. |
| `property_type` | string | No | residential (default), plot, leisure, estate or other. Rent: residential only. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number. Default 1, maximum 500. |
| `per_page` | integer | No | Items per page: 30 (default), 50 or 100. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | No agency has this id. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Etuovi could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
