# Etuovi Agent API Documentation

<p><strong>Etuovi Agent API</strong> returns the public profile of a real-estate agent: name, title, photo, slogan, description, languages, skills, areas and office, plus the current sale listings of the agent in <code>items</code>. Send the <code>realtor_id</code> from the <code>agent</code> block of a listing. Not every listing has an agent id; a private seller has none. The listings are a second lookup for the same credit; send <code>include_listings=false</code> to skip it. When the listings lookup fails, the profile is still returned with <code>meta.listings_available</code> false. Phone numbers are never returned.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `include_listings` | boolean | No | true (default) or false. Adds the current listings of the agent. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | No agent has this id. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Etuovi could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
