# Farfetch Product Search API Documentation

<p><strong>Farfetch Product Search API Documentation</strong> Search the Farfetch luxury fashion catalogue. Every item has the id, product url, title, designer, gender, price as a number with currency, original price, discount percent, price type (sale or full price), photos, boutique id, stock quantity, available sizes, condition for pre-owned pieces, labels, category ids and upload date. Filters are enforced on every returned item: designer, gender, sale and price range hold for every row, and size holds when you send size labels. meta.filtered_out counts items that were removed by this check. Designer, category, size and color accept names as Farfetch spells them or numeric ids. A name Farfetch does not know gives a 422, never an unfiltered result. A size needs a category or a gender, because sizes differ between clothing and shoes. A search returns at most 10000 results. A page past the last page returns an empty list with the page you asked for. Farfetch shows no ratings or reviews, so none are returned. Prices and stock follow the country. For the stock of every size, call the product endpoint. Cost: 1 credit per request, only for successful requests.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `query` | string | No | Search text, e.g. gucci dress. Optional. |
| `designer` | string | No | Designer name as Farfetch spells it, e.g. Gucci, or the numeric id. Comma separated for several (up to 5). |
| `category` | string | No | Category name such as Dresses, Sneakers or Shoulder Bags, or the numeric id. Comma separated for several (up to 5). |
| `gender` | string | No | One of women, men, unisex. |
| `size` | string | No | Size label such as S, M, 42 or OS. Needs a category or a gender. Comma separated for several (up to 10). |
| `color` | string | No | Color name such as Black, White, Blue or Multicolour, or the numeric id. Comma separated for several (up to 5). |
| `price_min` | integer | No | Minimum price as a whole number in the currency of the country. |
| `price_max` | integer | No | Maximum price as a whole number in the currency of the country. |
| `sale_only` | boolean | No | Set to true to return only items on sale. |
| `sort` | string | No | One of ranking (default), newest, price_asc, price_desc, discount_desc. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, from 1. A search holds at most 10000 results. |
| `page_size` | integer | No | Items per page, 36 to 100. Default 40. |
| `country` | string | No | Country of the prices and stock: DE (default), US, GB, FR, IT, ES, NL, JP, CA, AU, CH, AE, SE or CN. Each country has its own currency. |
| `currency` | string | No | Optional. Must be the currency of the country: EUR for DE, FR, IT, ES and NL, USD, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF, AED, SEK or CNY. Another currency gives a 422. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Unknown Designer, Category, Size or Color | The name is not a Farfetch value, or a size was sent without a category or gender. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Farfetch did not answer. Retry shortly. This response is not billable. |
