# Fincaraiz Agency Inventory API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/fincaraiz/agency-properties` lists the listings published by one agency.

This is the search endpoint narrowed to a single owner, so it accepts every search filter and returns the same reliable `total`. Narrowing further is the normal way to use it: an agency's apartments under a price ceiling is one request.

Agency ids come from the agency directory.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `owner_id` | integer | Yes | Numeric agency id. Required. |
| `operation_type_id` | integer | No | 1 for sale (default) or 2 for rent. |
| `property_type_id` | integer | No | One or more of 1 house, 2 apartment, 3 lot, 4 commercial premises. |
| `maxPrice` | integer | No | Maximum price in Colombian pesos. |
| `rows` | integer | No | Listings per page, 1-200 (default 20). |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | The required `owner_id` parameter is missing or invalid. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | The upstream request failed after retries, or returned a response this endpoint cannot read (`upstream_unavailable`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. |
| 422 | Unsupported Filter | owner_id was missing or not a positive integer (`unknown_filter`). Non-billable. |
| 503 | Unreadable Response | Fincaraiz answered 200 with a body this endpoint cannot read (`parser_drift`). Nothing is charged for it. Retryable. |
