# Fincaraiz Projects API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/fincaraiz/projects` lists Colombian developer projects — new-build developments published on the platform — and `/api/fincaraiz/project` returns one in detail.

Projects are their own catalogue and accept no search filters; use the search endpoint for individual listings. The same development also appears in search results for its constituent units, so a project and its listings are distinct records and can overlap by id.

Each project carries its construction status (`percentage_sold`, `percentage_finished`), its completion date, builder and architect, and its image gallery.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Unsupported Filter | A query parameter this endpoint cannot apply was supplied (`unknown_filter`). This catalogue takes no filters beyond `page` and `per_page`. Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter failed validation. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | The upstream request failed after retries, or returned a response this endpoint cannot read (`upstream_unavailable`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. |
| 503 | Unreadable Response | The platform answered successfully with a project page this endpoint cannot read, so nothing is published and nothing is charged (`parser_drift`). Retryable. |

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I filter projects by city or price?

No — the project catalogue takes no filters. Search individual listings instead, and use this endpoint to describe the developments themselves.
