# FINN.no Eiendom Listing API Documentation

Retrieve one FINN.no Eiendom home listing: property data, asking and total price, areas, location, energy label, facilities, images, description sections and viewings. Broker contact data is never returned. An unknown ad id returns a not billable 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `ad_id` | string | Yes | FINN Eiendom ad id (6 to 12 digits), e.g. 478816699. |
| `sub` | string | No | Only homes is supported. Defaults to homes. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Resource Not Found | The ad id is unknown or the ad was removed. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Invalid Source Response | FINN.no answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
