# FINN.no Eiendom Search API Documentation

Search FINN.no Eiendom listings for sale and rent in Norway: homes, lettings, newbuildings, plots, leisure and abroad. Filter by location, price, area, construction year, bedrooms and property type. Page with page (1 to 50). A valid empty search is a successful response.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `sub` | string | No | homes, lettings, newbuildings, plots, leisuresale, leisureplots or abroad. Defaults to homes. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number, 1 to 50. Defaults to 1. |
| `q` | string | No | Free-text search. |
| `sort` | string | No | RELEVANCE, PUBLISHED_DESC, PRICE_ASC, PRICE_DESC, PRICE_ASKING_ASC, PRICE_ASKING_DESC, PRICE_SQM_ASC, PRICE_SQM_DESC, AREA_PROM_ASC or AREA_PROM_DESC. |
| `location` | string | No | FINN location code, e.g. 0.20061. |
| `price_from` | integer | No | Minimum price in NOK. |
| `price_to` | integer | No | Maximum price in NOK. |
| `area_from` | integer | No | Minimum living area in square metres. |
| `area_to` | integer | No | Maximum living area in square metres. |
| `plot_area_from` | integer | No | Minimum plot area in square metres. |
| `plot_area_to` | integer | No | Maximum plot area in square metres. |
| `construction_year_from` | integer | No | Earliest construction year. |
| `construction_year_to` | integer | No | Latest construction year. |
| `min_bedrooms` | integer | No | Minimum bedrooms, 1 to 10. |
| `property_type` | integer | No | FINN property type code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 18 or 20. |
| `ownership_type` | integer | No | FINN ownership code: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 255. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Invalid Source Response | FINN.no answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
