# FlixBus Reachable Cities API Documentation

<p><strong>FlixBus Reachable Cities API Documentation</strong> The cities that FlixBus connects to one city: average and shortest duration in minutes, whether the route needs a transfer, route popularity, transport modes and a price band (min, average, max) per currency. The band is a route statistic, not the fare of a day: use search or calendar for real fares.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `city_id` | string | Yes | Origin city UUID from the cities endpoint. Example: 40d8f682-8646-11e6-9066-549f350fcb0c. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Destinations to return, 1 to 200. Defaults to 50. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required query parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Resource Not Found | The city id is unknown or has no routes. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | FlixBus could not be reached or answered with an unexpected shape. This response is not billable. |
