# Funda Broker Listings API Documentation

<p><strong>Funda Broker Listings API Documentation</strong> Retrieve the listings of one Funda broker office with address, coordinates, photo, price, publication date and sale date. Every row has a status_group: for_sale, sold, for_rent or rented. Filter by type. Paging is exact: page N returns the rows of page N, with total, total_pages and has_more. An unknown broker id returns 404 and is not billable.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `broker_id` | integer | Yes | Funda broker office number as an integer, e.g. 4212. |
| `type` | string | No | Optional filter: for_sale, sold, for_rent or rented. Only matching rows are returned. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, starting at 1. Default 1. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Rows per page, 1 to 100. Default 25. |

| Status | Error | Description |

| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream request is made. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Broker Not Found | No Funda broker exists for the requested id. This response is not billable and is not retried. |
| 502 | Unexpected Response | Funda returned data in an unexpected shape. This response is not billable. Retry later. |
| 503 | Funda Unavailable | Funda could not be reached or blocked the request after retries. This response is not billable. Retry shortly. |
