# Funda Listings Index API Documentation

<p><strong>Funda Listings Index API Documentation</strong> List the ids and URLs of Funda listings for sale (koop) or for rent (huur) with city, property type and last update. The index is rebuilt once a day and served from cache, so every page is fast and exact: page N returns the rows of page N. Open a row with the listing endpoint for price, area and rooms. If the index is still being prepared the endpoint answers 503 and is not billable. Live search with filters is not offered yet.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `offering` | string | Yes | koop (for sale) or huur (for rent). |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, starting at 1. Default 1. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Rows per page, 1 to 100. Default 25. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream request is made. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The requested page does not exist. This response is not billable and is not retried. |
| 502 | Unexpected Response | Funda returned data in an unexpected shape. This response is not billable. Retry later. |
| 503 | Funda Unavailable | Funda could not be reached or blocked the request after retries. This response is not billable. Retry shortly. |
