# Glassdoor Company Search API Documentation

<p><strong>Glassdoor Company Search API Documentation</strong> Search Glassdoor companies by name. For each company: employer id, name, logo, Glassdoor profile url, overall rating, review count, salary count and open job count. Page with the page parameter; has_more is true while more pages exist. A search without matches returns an empty companies list and is a successful response.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `query` | string | Yes | Company name to search, 1 to 100 characters. Example: google. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, 1 to 100. Defaults to 1. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Companies per page, 1 to 25. Defaults to 10. |

## Errors

| 422 | Validation Error | A required query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream call is made. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Invalid Source Response | Glassdoor answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
