# Google News Full Story Coverage API

<p>All articles of one Google News story, about 50 articles. Get the story_token from /api/google/news/stories. Each item has position, title, link, article_id, source, date (ISO 8601), author and thumbnail. Costs 1 credit. Failed requests cost nothing.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `story_token` | string | Yes | Google News story token from the story_token field of /api/google/news/stories. An article id or a topic token does not work. Story tokens belong to one language and country. |
| `hl` | string | Yes | Language of the token, 2 letters. Required. |
| `gl` | string | Yes | Country of the token, 2 letters. Required. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |

| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The token does not belong to this language and country, or the story is gone. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Google News could not be reached or gave an unreadable answer. This response is not billable. Retry later. |
