# Google Scholar Author Co-authors

Returns every co-author listed on a Google Scholar author profile with name, affiliation, verified email domain, and the link to that co-author profile. The author profile endpoint only carries a preview of this list; this endpoint returns the complete one.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `user` | string | Yes | Google Scholar author ID, e.g. LSsXyncAAAAJ. |
| `hl` | string | No | Two-letter interface language, optionally with a region. Defaults to en. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | One or more co-author parameters are invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Author Not Found | Google Scholar does not know this author ID. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Unexpected Source Response | Scholar markup could not be normalized safely. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Scholar Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
