# Green-Acres Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/green-acres/listing` returns the full record of one Green-Acres listing for sale.

## What you get

`price`, `price_on_request`, `price_per_m2`, `availability`, `reference`, `mandate_number`, `fees` (who pays the agency fee), `rooms`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms` (bathrooms plus shower rooms), `living_area_m2`, `land_area_m2`, `floor`, `parking_spaces`, `has_pool`, `has_terrace`, the de-duplicated `features` list, the `energy` labels `dpe` and `ges` (A to G, null when the listing has none), `description`, every photo in `images`, the `location` and the advertiser in `agency` (name, role, parent company, address, `agency_key` and `slug` for the agency endpoint). Fields a listing does not show are null.

## Location is approximate

`location.latitude` and `location.longitude` are an approximate point, and `location.approximate` says so. The exact address and the phone number are not public, so this API has neither.

## How to find a listing

Pass the `url` of a search item, or its `listing_id` as `id`. With an `id` alone Green-Acres redirects to the full address, so that call makes one extra hop. Only green-acres.fr addresses are accepted.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

| `city_slug` | string | No | Optional city word of the address, for example chassiers. Not needed with an id. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing no longer exists on Green-Acres, or the address is not a Green-Acres listing (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Green-Acres could not be reached, refused the request or answered with a page this API could not read (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
