# Gumtree Listing Detail API Documentation

Retrieve a single Gumtree UK ad: title, url, description, price, location with approximate coordinates, posting time (ISO 8601 UTC, rounded to the hour or day) and the original posting text, category, seller type, all images, attributes and, for vehicles, the specification groups. Seller names and contact data are never returned. An unknown or expired ad id returns a not billable 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Resource Not Found | The ad id is unknown or the ad has expired. This response is not billable. |
| 502 | Invalid Source Response | The upstream answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
