# Hemnet Project Units API

Get the individual units of a Hemnet new-construction project (nyproduktion): each unit with its own price, area, rooms, floor and availability. The id is a project id, which the search cards expose as `projectId` — an ordinary listing id has no units and answers 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `limit` | integer | No | Units per request (default 1000) |
| `offset` | integer | No | Units to skip |
| `featured` | string | No | INCLUDE, EXCLUDE or ONLY |
