# Hemnet Sale Timeline API

Get the sale timeline for one sold Hemnet property: asking price, selling price, square-meter selling price, sold date and comparable sold cards nearby. This endpoint takes a sold-property id; use `/api/hemnet/price-history` for an active listing.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | string | Yes | Sold-property id (64-bit id space) |
| `similar_limit` | integer | No | Comparable sold cards to include (default 0) |
