# Hemnet Similar Properties API

Get the comparable properties Hemnet shows for one listing: similar active listings and similar recently sold properties, useful for automated valuation.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `id` | string | Yes | Hemnet listing id |
| `limit` | integer | No | Comparable sold properties to return (default 10, maximum 20) |
